Payment facilities
We offer the secure services of Stripe for processing your credit card payment. Stripe works by adding payment fields on the checkout and then sending the details to Stripe for verification using the highest compliance and security standards. Stitching Cards do not handle or store any credit card numbers or bank account details on our system.
We also offer PayPal for processing your payment. That takes place on the PayPal secure website.
The use of information
We will only use the information that we collect about users lawfully in accordance with the principles of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 subsequently incorporating the EU Cookie Regulations of May 2011. We conform with the EU General Data Protection Regulation from 25 May 2018. If we propose to send your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) we will seek your consent first.
How we use Cookies
We use WooCommerce and associated WordPress plugins to power our online store. They set cookies to enable the correct functioning of the store.
We use Cloudflare CDN for security and to speed up page loading. They may set a cookie to store the proof of a challenge passed. Cloudflare privacy policy.
We use the privacy-friendly, Koko analytics plugin for WordPress. It uses a cookie to determine unique visitors and pageviews. No visitor specific data is collected, only aggregated counts. It does not use any external services, so data about our visitors is never shared with any third-party.
Secure server
We use strict security precautions to make our website safe, including the use of a TLS (Transport Layer Security) server. Any information you enter while you’re using the secure server is encrypted before being transmitted, so it is virtually impossible for an outside party to access or intercept your information.
Use of Contact Information
