Gift Card

£10.00£100.00

The gift card is sent by email.

The gift card can be used to purchase patterns from stitchingcards.com. Since the patterns are delivered by download, the gift card recipient must have Internet access and equipment to print their patterns.

Choose the gift card amount, and form fields will appear to enter the appropriate information.

If you would like to present a printed gift card, or control the delivery time, instead of us emailing it to the recipient immediately, then enter your own email address in the “To” field. You will receive the gift card in an email instead of the recipient. Then you can deliver it as a print-out or PDF file at the appropriate time.

Our base currency is British Pounds with a choice of £10.00, £20.00, etc. If you are viewing the choices in another currency, the amounts will be a conversion. Gift cards can be redeemed in any of the currencies available in our shop.

Description

How the gift card works.

We send the recipient an email with a “Redeem” button plus a “Gift Card Number”. It can be redeemed in the following ways:

  • When the recipient clicks on the “Redeem” button in the email, it will open the Stitching Cards online shop in their web browser, and associate the gift card with their session. That way, as soon as they add a product to the cart, the gift card will already be applied and will show the remaining balance.
  • Or the Gift Card Number can be entered in a gift card input field on the shopping basket page of the Stitching Cards website. When the number has been entered, the gift card will be applied and will show the remaining balance.

The gift card information is only associated for the length of their session. If there is a remaining balance after the session has ended, this can be redeemed with one of the above methods.

Gift Card numbers are not tied to specific accounts. It isn’t a requirement that the recipient of a gift card have previously created an account at our store. The purchasing customer supplies the recipient’s email address and the recipient can redeem even if they are not logged in to an account. If the recipient doesn’t have an account, then one will be created when they check out.

Gift cards should be redeemed within two years from the date of purchase.
