Why I am having problems downloading my patterns?

The delivery system on the paid for patterns is different to the free patterns.

Please save each file to your computer before you attempt to open it and print it.

The pattern files are only available for 30 days.

If you have a download manager please deactivate it whilst downloading these files. If you do not know what a download manager is you probably do not have one.

If you get a message saying "file not found" please save the file to your computer, then open it from your computer.
